Four Ingredient Banana Oatmeal Cookies - Cook On Your New kitchen

How do baking cookies ever be rapid? You normally have to have a scale, carefully measure out all the components, caress the bread for ages, cut out little cookies in to heart, star and moon shapes then wait another century'til they're baked.

NEVER EVER could I bake biscuits under these circumstances. That is just how I roll. But I encounter those Banana Oatmeal Fitness Cookies (that is what I call them, anyhow.)

Ok, they do not taste just like the biscuits you receive around Christmas time. Instead they're a little more gooey and don't crumble whatsoever.

However, what largely convinced me was that you could have them ready in 25 minutes such as the baking time! No shit.

Possibly the most surprising thing about the biscuits is that they involve just 2 ingredients! Yep that's right, and anybody can combine two ingredients.

Though in case you would like to make them even tastier and/or fitter you can pimp them up using some add ons such as peppers, walnuts or cinnamon. That's up to you!

It seems more and more like a sales pitch (it's not -- nobody's gonna pay me should you eat them), however I have to say yet another awesome thing about these cookies.

They're tasty! Yep, once I had had the initial I finished the remainder inside one hour.

They're perfect for hiking excursions or other occasions where you will need a quick energizing snack on the go. Nowadays I keep them as a quick snack in my back pack.

It also has to be mentioned that they're vegan. No eggs, no milk, none of the regular cookie suspects. Just oats and bananas.

Take oats such as. Not only do they decrease your cholesterol levels which in turn will help you stop developing heart disease or diabetes, but they also energize you with great carbohydrates and nutrients to keep you going for longer during the day.

These nutrients comprise manganese, good for bone creation and skin ethics in addition to magnesium -- significant for energy production to allow you to feel fuller

Much like peanuts -- the favorite fruit among athletes -- not just cause they have a decent amount of good carbohydrates but for being the click here now big players at the potassium video game.

Potassium is a really important nutrient for preventing tiredness and muscular cramps. Pretty good if you have a difficult day ahead of you.

Since you can see, I'm a huge fan.

two Ingredient Cookies. Ideal for when you need an energy boost on the move. Enjoy!

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (360°F)

Get a bowl and mash the carrots until they're mushy

Insert the cup of yogurt and some of the optional ingredients

Stir until all is nicely mixed

Place baking paper on the menu so that the cookies do not adhere. If you don't possess this make sure to wash the baking dish with butter (or olive oil if you are vegetarian )

To make the cookie contour simply grab a spoon and garnish an adequate sum from the mixture onto the baking tray like I did at the photo above. It is super quick and simple.

EQUIPMENT: you only require a solid baking tray and a few parchment paper, trendy also.
